Rice With Dill and Green Beans

Cut the green beans in half and then peel off the outside layer. Put your pot on medium heat then add the oil and the onions and garlic. Add the black pepper and the salt and let it cook till golden. Then add the green beans, leave it for 3 minutes then add the chicken stock. Let it boil, then add your rice. Leave it for 15 minutes then check it and leave it over low heat for 15 minutes then check it if it's done. You can serve it with chicken or meat :)

Serves: 4-5
- 3 cups basmati rice
- 1 cup fresh dill (roughly chopped)
- 2 cups fava beans
- 3 cups chicken broth concentrate or cube
- 2 small button onions (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil
