To boil the tapioca, try to put it when the water hard boiled. If you put it into cold water, then bring it to boil, the tapioca wont turned out like pearls. After the pearls cooked and cooled down, spoon to a glass then add the coconut milk and the palm sugar. Served with ice cube.
Introduction
This drink is very nice to be drank in the summer. Try and you won't regret.

Serves: 2
- coconut milk (not so thick, boiled)
- 1 pinch of salt
- palm sugar
- warm water (a little bit - mix with the palm sugar)
- sugar (a little bit - mix with the palm sugar)
- jackfruit (cut into small cubes)
