Place egg whites and sugar in bowl and whisk until smooth. Add cornstarch and unsweetened cocoa, and whisk until well mixed. Fold in wispa bits. Either 'dollop' individuals onto grease proof paper on baking tray, or cook as a whole. Bake in low oven (about 100C) for about 40 mins ( individuals won't take as long) The result should be gooey in the centre, but crisp around the edge.
Introduction
I was so hooked up on the quantities as it was the first time I had attempted meringues that I added the unbeaten egg whites directly to the sugar...! Not one to waste anything, I improvised... and the result was gooey heaven...according to all the other household members!
