Butternut Squash & Goat's Cheese Mash

Steam the vegetables until very soft. Mix a few tablespoons of natural yoghurt with the crumbled goats cheese and add to the cooked veg. Mash the lot up and season (I used Pistachio's Gomasio - salt and sesame seed mixture which goes particularly well with this)

- 5 baby swedes
- 1 ounce goat's cheese
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt

Additional Information
(the amounts really aren't important - as you all know I never measure - but you really don't need a lot of the goats cheese - I think it may overpower the dish otherwise)
