Put the rum with the cocktail fruits into a bowl and leave it in there around 3 to 4 hours Half an hour before you mix everything together put the ice cream out of the freezer, so it softens up a little Put the vanilla ice cream into the punch bowl add the cocktail fruits with the rum, the passionfruit juice and the bottle of cava together and you will have a nice fluffy punch. Please note that the ice cream does not melt completely at first, but it does not matter.
