Fish With Dabu-Dabu Relish

Introduction
it's a very simple dish! to make the relish,all you have to do is chop it! This recipes originaly came from the island of Sulawesi (southern part of Indonesia). It's my family favourite! I make a few adjustment to the ingredients to make it more "stress release" dish! You can use any kind of seafood! You can fry or bake or grill them, it's really up to what you suitable of. The key is in the relish! Just remember, this is a HOT,HOT,HOT recipes! Try it! It's fresh and you can tasted your tongue dancing!! Good Luck!

Ingredients
Serves: 2-4
For the Fish
- ¼ kilogram tuna fillets (fry or grill or bake)
For the Dabu Dabu Relish
- 6 red chillies (if you like it hotter you can use fire chillis)
- 2 tomatoes (seeded)
- 2 shallots
- 1 lime juice
- thai fish sauce (nam pla)
- 2 tablespoons oil (to fry the fish)
- 1 pinch of salt
For the Fish
- ⅗ pound tuna fillets (fry or grill or bake)
For the Dabu Dabu Relish
- 6 red chiles (if you like it hotter you can use fire chillis)
