Sprouted Moong Gravy

Take a pan and heat the oil. Add smashed garlic and finely chopped onion and fry the onion until pink. Add chilli, coriander and cumin powder and fry for 2 mins. Add the sprouted moong, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and the roasted crushed peanuts. Add 2 cups of water and put a lid on the pan. Cook until sprouts are cooked. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top and serve it hot with bread, rice or Indian roti.
