- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium chilli pepper
- 20 parts sea urchin
- 7 ounces spaghetti

Method

- Put the spaghetti to cook in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a pan put warm extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chilli pepper until browned garlic and turn off the heat.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, let them jump into the pan with sea urchin on a low flame for a minute.
- Now all you have to do is serve and... BUON APPETITO!!...
