  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium chilli pepper
  • 20 parts sea urchin
  • 7 ounces spaghetti

Method

  2. Meanwhile in a pan put warm extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chilli pepper until browned garlic and turn off the heat.
  3. When the spaghetti is cooked, let them jump into the pan with sea urchin on a low flame for a minute.
  4. Now all you have to do is serve and... BUON APPETITO!!...
