Cut potatoes in small cubes. Remove leaves of Cauliflower and cut evenly into pieces . Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds. When sizzle,add ginger strips. Add potatoes and fry . Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Saute well for 5 mins Add cauliflower florals. Mix well for 5 mins. Add little water and simmer for 10 mins at low heat. When almost done add Tomato puree. Cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 mins at low heat. When done add coriander leaves and serve with naan bread or roti.

- ½ teaspoon red chile
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 salt To taste
- 9 fluid ounces tomato puree
- 9 fluid ounces cilantro Chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
