Goat Cheese and Pickled Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 2 cups ribbon pasta
  • 1 cup cubed goat's cheese
  • 5 pickled tomato
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil
  • 3 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons chile flakes
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • olive oil (for cooking)

Method

  • In a skillet add olive oil. On medium heat, roast chopped garlic. Add chile flakes, salt, Bread Crumbs, Dry basil and Saute well.
  • Add Goat Cheese and mix for 1 min
  • Add Pickled Tomato Bulbs. Saute till tender.
  • Add Boiled pasta and Mix for 3 mins.
  • Serve Hot with little sprinkling of Chillies Flakes.
  • Additional Information

    For Pickled Tomatoes Take Green tomato bulbs ( Raw) In a jar , fill vinegar. add salt n chillies flakes. Add Tomatoes. Keep Under sun for two days. Can be used in Pasta or with any roasted meal.
