Goat Cheese and Pickled Tomato Pasta

In a skillet add olive oil. On medium heat, roast chopped garlic. Add chile flakes, salt, Bread Crumbs, Dry basil and Saute well. Add Goat Cheese and mix for 1 min Add Pickled Tomato Bulbs. Saute till tender. Add Boiled pasta and Mix for 3 mins. Serve Hot with little sprinkling of Chillies Flakes.

- 2 cups ribbon pasta
- 1 cup cubed goat's cheese
- 5 pickled tomato
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil
- 3 teaspoons breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons chile flakes
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- olive oil (for cooking)

For Pickled Tomatoes Take Green tomato bulbs ( Raw) In a jar , fill vinegar. add salt n chillies flakes. Add Tomatoes. Keep Under sun for two days. Can be used in Pasta or with any roasted meal.
