Melt the choc, butter and syrup add biscuit and chopped aero. Press into traybake tin. Melt white choc add peppermint essence and colour. Pour over the top and refrigerate. Cut into slices.

- 250 grams digestive biscuits Crushed
- 200 grams bar aero mint chocolate Chopped
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 drop food colouring Green
- 2 drops peppermint essence
- 3½ ounces butter
- 7 ounces milk chocolate
- 7 ounces white chocolate Melted
- 8⅚ ounces graham crackers Crushed
- 7 ounces bar aero mint chocolate Chopped
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup or light corn syrup
- 1 drop food colouring Green
- 2 drops peppermint essence
