Metric Cups
  • cheese sauce (made with mozzarella/Parmesan/garlic
  • mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • garlic
  • bolognese sauce (standard homemade)
  • olive oil
  • grated Parmesan
  • cheese sauce (made with mozzarella/Parmesan/garlic

Method

  • using lasagne pasta sheets - boil for a few minutes in oily water so they are soft.
  • Roll them up with bolognaise sauce in middle, you need to work quickly because they can be sticky.
  • lay rolls in dish, which has been rubbed with olive oil
  • Cover the rolls with a rich Mozzarella, garlic and parmesan sauce and bake and bubble in oven. Sometime we use Gruyere cheese instead of Parmesan on top .
