For the "topping": Melt the butter and mix with the porridge oats, flour and sugar. Peel the apples, take away the seeds and grate the apples. Mix the apples with some coconut flakes and ginger and pour in a small baking tin of some kind. Add the "topping" and bake in the oven for about 15 min at 225 degree Celsius. Serve together with custard or ice-cream.
