Heat the Yorkshire Puddings in the oven (shouldn't take long) While they are heating start making the filling: Drain the tin of tuna and place in a bowl. Chop up the onion finely and add to the tuna. Add some crushed black pepper for that zing. Add 2 or 3 dessert spoons of mayonnaise to the tuna and mix together until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Once the Yorkshire Puddings are ready, put them onto a plate and fill them with the tuna mix.
