Ingredients

Serves: 2 - 3 people

Metric Cups
  • 1 packet yorkshire puddings (frozen)
  • 1 tin tuna (large tin - in sunflower oil)
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 mayonnaise (jar of)
  • black pepper (crushed)
  • 1 packet yorkshire puddings (frozen)

Method

Tuna Mayo Puddies is a community recipe submitted by Jackomonkey and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Heat the Yorkshire Puddings in the oven (shouldn't take long)
  • While they are heating start making the filling: Drain the tin of tuna and place in a bowl.
  • Chop up the onion finely and add to the tuna. Add some crushed black pepper for that zing.
  • Add 2 or 3 dessert spoons of mayonnaise to the tuna and mix together until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
  • Once the Yorkshire Puddings are ready, put them onto a plate and fill them with the tuna mix.
  • Heat the Yorkshire Puddings in the oven (shouldn't take long)
