Metric Cups
  • 1 egg
  • 150 millilitres sugar
  • 2 large bananas (or 3 small ones)
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 150 millilitres unsalted butter (melted)
  • 225 millilitres plain flour
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 5 fluid ounces sugar
  • 2 large bananas (or 3 small ones)
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 5 fluid ounces unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 fluid ounces all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Grease a tin and add breadcrumbs to line the bottom of the tin.

    I know you might think i have made a mistake by saying mls in the recipe not grams, but I got this recipe from my sister in law who is Swedish and apparently thats the way they weigh things when making cakes. It turns out great anyway!!
