- 150 millilitres sugar
- 2 large bananas (or 3 small ones)
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 150 millilitres unsalted butter (melted)
- 225 millilitres plain flour
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 5 fluid ounces sugar

- 4 tablespoons cream
- 5 fluid ounces unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 fluid ounces all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

I know you might think i have made a mistake by saying mls in the recipe not grams, but I got this recipe from my sister in law who is Swedish and apparently thats the way they weigh things when making cakes. It turns out great anyway!!
