Preheat oven to 220ºC. Drain can of fruit. I usually throw the syrup away because I really can't be bothered to find a recipe that I can use it with. Crush biscuits to make fine crumbs (just toss them all in the food processor and it'll be done before you can blink). Layer fruit in dish. Layer the biscuit crumbs over the fruit. Be very liberal (of course bear in mind the size of the dish you will be making this in and plan accordingly). Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix over the biscuit crumbs. Dab with butter. (Don't use too much just little dots strategically placed). Put in over before supper and by the time you're done eating it will be ready. I usually serve this with custard or ice-cream but it's great on it's own as well.
Introduction
It's plain and simple and an absolute hit everytime I serve it.
