- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- groundnut oil (a drizzle, optional)
- 10 grams butter
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- ⅓ litre chicken stock (I prefer chicken oxo cubes)
- 40 grams mascarpone cheese
- 2 large parsnips (peeled)

- ⅓ ounce butter
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- ⅗ pint chicken broth (I prefer chicken oxo cubes)
- 1⅖ ounces mascarpone cheese
