Paprika and Lemon Chicken

Introduction

This is really tasty in a salad, I sometimes add a little bit of honey when cooking it for a bit of a stickyness (? sp) Also works well with wings or thighs though I would cook them in the oven.

Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 4 chicken fillets (cut into strips)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for cooking)

Method

  • Dust the chicken in paprika making sure it is all coated evenly
  • Heat the oil in pan and fry chicken for 2-3 mins.
  • Add lemon juice and soy sauce and cook on high heat till chicken is thoroughly cooked.
