Mozzarella and Tuna Pasta

Chop the spring onions into small pieces and the cherry tomatos in half. Make the pasta, adding a little sunflower oil and salt. Add a little oil to a separate pan and fry the spring onions for a few minutes, add the tuna and the cherry tomatoes. Once the pasta is cooked fold in the grated mozzarella so it melts. Fold in the tuna, onions and tomatoes. serve warm

- 2 tins tuna
- 1 packet mozzarella (grated)
- 1 tub cherry tomatoes
- 5 spring onions
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- fusilli (pasta twists)

I loved this recipe - it tasted so good! I added some chilli flakes, and also a handful of baby leaves.
