Beef Tacos

Put the minced beef in a frying pan and fry gently in its own fat until cooked and browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Pour off any excess fat. Add onion, capsicum, and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until softened. Stir in the oregano and spices and salt and pepper to taste then add the tomato puree and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Heat the taco shells in the oven (180C.) Serve by spooning the mince mixture into shells and garnish with red cabbage, soured cream and paprika.
