Caesar Augustus

Introduction
In Forever Summer (from which this and the following recipes are all adapted) I unveiled my version of a Caesar Cleopatra which is (as I learnt from a visit to the food court of a Los Angeles shopping mall) what a Caesar salad with chicken is properly called, however improper you might find the innovation. Given the magisterial greatness of the turkey, I have renamed my leftover version a Caesar Augustus. I like to add avocado, but if you don't have one to hand I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
