    • I loved this soup. Since I live alone I only made one serving and did it very fast by microwaving the onions in a bit of olive oil for one minute and steaming the cauliflower in a microwave steamer for 2 minutes. Put the rest together and heated it through and it was delicious hot and steaming. I'm thinking I'll make the rest of the cauliflower into soup and hope that it freezes well. Does anyone know?

    • Absolutely delicious and great for Weight Watchers people. I added some garlic as I'm a garlic fiend. Amazed how creamy it tasted without the addition of cream as other recipes suggest. Thank-you for sharing.
