Beat sugar, butter and egg yolks until really foamy, then add the quark, juice, rind, raisins vanilla pudding and baking powder. Mix well. Then fold in the STIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITES. Bake 180 degrees, in a 28cm springform for about one to one and a quarter hours.
