Put oven on to 200 C. Tear aluminium foil to 4 squares Distribute grated zucchini, grated carrotts, 1 fish fillet, tomato from the can, salt and pepper on each aluminium square Drizzle over some olive oil and close the squares so no steam can escape while cooking Put onto the oven tray and forget for about 20 to 30 minutes ( depending on the size of the fish) Take out and open, let steam escape for 5 minutes while setting the table Serve with olives on the side....

Very low budget and easy to make, done while you put the washing machine one and set the table

- 1 tin diced tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- fresh herbs (to season)
