Rich crispy cakes like grandma used to make. Reasonably low in fat and VERY yummy

Ingredients

Serves: 40

  • 3 ounces butter
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup or light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 21 tablespoons cornflakes

  • Melt butter and syrup Remove from heat Stir in unsweetened cocoa Stir in confectioners' sugar
