Introduction

basically this is meringue, sweetened chestnut puree and mascarpone cream piled on top of each other to fantastic effect, absolutely fabulous.

meringue cookies
1 tin sweetened chestnut puree
1 tub mascarpone cheese
marrons glacés (optional)
