Ingredients
Serves: As a main would serve 2 people
- 15 medium prawns (deveined and shells removed)
- 2 green chillies (slit not chopped)
- 3 large onions (roughly chopped)
- 1½ teaspoons red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- garlic puree
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (chopped for garnish)
- cucumber (sliced for garnish)
- medium tomato (sliced for garnish)

Do Not add any water to the recipe at any stage. If you do not like very spicy food, reduce the amount of chilly powder to 1 tsp & use only 1 green chilly.
