Place blossoms in a teacup Cover with boiling water. When cool enough to taste, add sugar if desired. Garnish with mint.
Introduction
A tart drink and very colorful. Add some to regular tea instead of lemon juice. You can make this overnight by placing a handful of blossoms into a pitcher of spring water. They expand a lot, so be sure to squeeze then out if you remove them. http://www.recipezaar.com/80029
