Melt the butter with the condensed milk in the microwave. Stir to combine. Crush the biscuits and chop the nuts. Mix nuts, lemon zest, biscuits in a bowl then pour in the butter and condensed milk. Mix to combine. Press into a greased and lined slice tin. Spread over your icing and refrigerate to set.
