Especially for Christmas, this was shown to me by an Australian friend so maybe an Aussie recipe? No one here in NZ seems to know it but it is a total hit with children of all ages on Christmas Day!

Ingredients

Serves: 1-15

Metric Cups
  • 12 small candy canes
  • 2 litres vanilla ice cream
  • 12 small candy canes
  • 3½ pints vanilla ice cream
