Fish and Prawn Stew

Cut the fish. Mix the salt with the lime juice and pour over the fish. Let the fish marinate. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, saute the onions a minute, add the tomatoes, fish stock cube, coconut milk and as much chilli as you want (one small red chilli was quite enough for us). Let simmer for about 10 mins. Add the fish, let simmer for about 6 minutes. Add the prawn and heat. Sprinkle with parsley or coriander and serve with rice.

Introduction
I found this recipe in a Finnish magazine. When I made this I added the lime marinade into the other ingredients along with the fish - I thought it tasted good but bf found it had too strong a lime flavour so watch out. :) This gives about 4 portions.
