White Chocolate and Pineapple Muffins
A community recipe by KukkaNot tested or verified by Nigella.com
Introduction
One Saturday morning I felt like some muffins but I didn't have blueberries or chocolate chips or anything like that in the house so I ended up creating my own recipe from what I had using the Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Muffins recipe from Feast as my blueprint. These are quite sweet so you might want to use only 100 grams sugar. You can also sprinkle some of the chocolate on top of the muffins.
