Preheat the oven to 450°F. Butter and softly flour four 6-ounce ramekins. Tap out the abundance flour. Set the ramekins on a heating sheet In a twofold boiler, over stewing water, liquefy the butter with the chocolate. In a medium dish, beat the eggs with the egg yolks, sugar and salt at rapid until thickened and pale. Whisk the chocolate until smooth. Rapidly overlay it into the egg blend alongside the flour. Spoon the player into the readied ramekins and prepare for 12 minutes, or until the sides of the cakes are firm yet the focuses are delicate. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 moment, and then cover each with a reversed dessert plate. Deliberately turn every one over, let stand for 10 seconds and afterward unmold. Serve promptly.
