Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 500 grams chicken liver (cleaned)
  • 250 grams fresh green asparagus
  • 125 grams butter
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 marjoram leaves (chopped)
  • 10 millilitres white wine
  • 200 millilitres cream
  • pepper
  • 17⅔ ounces chicken liver (cleaned)
  • 8⅚ ounces fresh green asparagus
  • 4⅖ ounces butter
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 marjoram leaves (chopped)
  • fluid ounce white wine
  • 7 fluid ounces cream
  • pepper

  • Melt butter, add onion, blend it for 5 minutes and add the garlic. Clean and chop asparagus and add it too.
  • Braise it for 5 minutes, then add the wine, steam it for other 5 minutes.
  • Cut each livers to 3 pieces and add them to the mix with some pepper. Blend it until the livers becomes white.
  • Add the cream and salt, cook it until it gets creamy.
  • Serve with jasmine rice.

    If the 100ml whine is not enough, put some water in it. Do not cook the liver for more than 15 minutes! Use salt only at the end!
