Chicken Liver With Cream and Asparagus

Melt butter, add onion, blend it for 5 minutes and add the garlic. Clean and chop asparagus and add it too. Braise it for 5 minutes, then add the wine, steam it for other 5 minutes. Cut each livers to 3 pieces and add them to the mix with some pepper. Blend it until the livers becomes white. Add the cream and salt, cook it until it gets creamy. Serve with jasmine rice.
