  • 250 grams soft dried figs
  • 250 grams dried dates
  • 250 grams butter
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 150 grams digestive biscuits
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 handful dried coconut rasp
  • 9 ounces soft dried figs
  • 9 ounces dried dates
  • 9 ounces butter
  • 4 ounces brown sugar
  • 5 ounces graham crackers
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 handful dried coconut rasp

Method

  • Slice the figs and dates up to dices and crush the biscuits to 1 cm pieces.
  • melt the butter in a average size pan. mix in the sugar, stir.
  • While stirring mix in the eggs and stir well. Throw in the dates and figs and mix well.
  • Now put the biscuits in and give it a final stir.
  • butter a baking pan about 25 diameter and put the date fig mix in the pan.
  • leave to cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Decorate with the coconut rasp, enjoy!
