Mexican Pork Chops

season pork chops with salt pepper and chilli powder pan fry in a little olive oil to the pan add diced jalapeno, onion and quartered mushrooms cook a while until soft add canned tomatoes and 1/2 can water add 1/2 C refried beans to thicken sauce cook for desired time, I cook mine until the pork chops are tender serve over rice.
