- Add the flour, baking powder, chopped chives and seasoning into a mixing bowl. (I use my Kitchen Aid with the hook). - Meanwhile, take the sundried toms and place onto some kitchen roll and roll up and gently press the excess oil from them. Take from the kitchen roll and finely chop. Then add to the mixing bowl. - Start the KA off, slowly and then adding speed, meanwhile slowly add the milk and 2bspn of oil. - Let the KA mix well, but not for too long as you need a ball of dough. - Remove from the KA and lightly pat flour around the dough ball. - Place on an oven tray and pat out with hands to a flatter circle about 2inches thick. Score with a knife gently into 8 pieces. - Cook in oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 mins. Et voila
