Ingredients

Serves: 6-8

Metric Cups
  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 225 grams ginger biscuits (finely crushed)
  • 275 grams marshmallows
  • 30 millilitres milk
  • 90 grams dark chocolate (grated)
  • 30 millilitres brandy
  • 250 millilitres whipped cream
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces ginger biscuits (finely crushed)
  • 10 ounces marshmallows
  • 1 fluid ounces milk
  • 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate (grated)
  • 1 fluid ounces brandy
  • 8⅘ fluid ounces whipped cream

Method

  • Mix the melted butter and the biscuits, until they perfectly combined. Press the mixture in a 18cm/7in tart pan and chill it in the refrigerator.
  • Now melt the marshmallows with the milk. Then take it of the heat and stir in the chocolate until melted, then add the brandy.
  • Put the mixture in a clean bowl and let it cool down, then chill until just starting to set.
  • Fold in the whipped cream, pour into the base and put it back into the fridge 'til completely set.
