Metric Cups
  • 5 parsnips
  • 1 onion
  • ⅞ litre stock cubes
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder (mild)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

    • This is delicious, made with the last of the Christmas parsnips for a really tasty soup on a wet and dismal January day! Cheap, easy and thoroughly satisfying!
