Cut the onions in small pieces. Cut the peppers and tomatoes in sticks. Heat some oil in a pan and add the onion. Fry it until light brown and add the peppers and tomatoes. Salt lightly and add some ground pepper and stew it under lid. When it's soft, stir 5 eggs, pour on the vegetables and stir like scrambled eggs. Serve with white bread. (You can peel the potatoes if you want and you can leave out the eggs, it's good that way too.)
