Banana Cake Squares With Chocolate Glace

Mix eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Mash the bananas, add to the batter, Add the melted butter and the milk. Mix the rest of the dry ingredients (vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour), stir with a wooden spoon to combine. Pour the batter in a lined pan, about 30x35 cm, or even the pan/tray that comes with the oven. Bake 175 C about 25 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Mix all the ingredients for the glace until smooth, and smear the glace on the cake when it has cooled completely. Cut in squares, as you do with brownies.
