For the Fish

  • 6 salmon bells
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • lemon juice

For the Sauce

  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons spring onions (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper

For the Fish

  • 5⅓ ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons scallions (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Wash the fish, dry it, sprinkle it with salt, pepper and thyme, add the lemon juice and brush with oil, put it in to fridge for 1 hour.
  • Bake it in the oven for 20 m at 180ºC or on grill for 7-10 minutes per side.
  • Peel the garlic, crush it mix it with cream cheese yogurt and the spring onions. stir it and add salt and pepper.
  • Serve with California white wine.
