Wash the fillets and grind them, scramble the eggs , dice and brown the onion, squeeze the lemon, cut them in to cubes Cover with the cream, stand aside, then, mix it with the butter, add it all to scramble, onion and fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, Mix it all well, make rings and put it in to breadcrumbs bath Fry it in very hot oil, serve with horseradish.
