  • sauerkraut (depends how sour you want it to be, for 4 people between 0.7kg and 1.2kg
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 pork ribs
  • 3 litres water
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

  • By using a sharp knife chop the sour-kraut
  • Peel the carrot's and slice them in to disk's Peel the potatoes and dice them Pour the water in to medium pot and put it all in to the pot with water do not forget about ribs, cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes then reduce the flame in to small one, and cook it for 20m PS.If u want the soup to be more delicate use chicken breasts - give u a hint : 1.ruff version -beef, 2.medium-pork, 3.light-chicken
