Melt the cocoa in 2 tbsp of warm water, from white's whip the foam, add sugar, to the well done foam add egg yolks, flour and cocoa, pour the cake to the baking form, with spreaded butter, bake 15m in 180C, Put the gelatine in to bowl with water for 20m,boil the milk, melt the gelatine, wait for it to cool down add cream sugar, vanilla sugar mix. with the spoon lay the mass on the baked cake, press the cherry's in it, put it in to fridge, whip the double cream add sugar in it, and cover the hall cake :)

- 40 grams gelatine
- sugar (a glass)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 kilogram cherries (without pips)
For the Decoration
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- double cream (3/4 of a glass)
For the Cake

- sugar (half a glass)

- ⅞ pint cream (18%)
- milk (a glass)
- 1⅖ ounces gelatine
- sugar (a glass)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2⅕ pounds cherries (without pips)
For the Decoration
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- heavy cream (3/4 of a glass)
