Child Friendly Salmon & Cherry Tomato Pasta Bake

Introduction
I am fortunate to have children who eat everything (I thank me alone for this) but, there are many who eat not much at all. I developed this from my store cupboard one night when I was taking care of my nephews, who, when asked what they would like for dinner chimed perfectly together "chicken nuggets please". I knew that if I served some sort of protein and three veg, there would be protests. So I incorporated the vegetables thanks to a grater and the power of camoflague. My nephews loved the pasta and had no idea what was in it. This is fast, tasty midweek food.
