Heat oil in the saucepan & add cumin seeds. Let the seeds turn a little brown. Now add grated garlic and ginger & green chiles. Wait till light golden brown. Add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder. Turn off the flame & add yoghurt. Garnish with coriander. Heat in the microwave.

Serves: 2-4
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- fresh gingerroot (to taste)
- red chile flakes (or powder)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tablespoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- cilantro (to garnish)
- 2 green chiles
