Remove the thin skin from the orange segments and keep aside. Cool the thickened milk to room temperature. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the orange segments and stir. Now add the orange flower water and mix well. Divide into 6 individual serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator. Garnish with a spiral of orange rind before serving.
