combine the garlic, onion and crushed fish meat (blend with your hand-squeeze). Put the blend ingredients with coconut and water in the pan....let it cook for 7min lastly,put the eggplant, sugar and salt....stir it and let it cook for another 10min.serve with hot rice and fried chicken.
Introduction
A combination of sweet and creamy sauce...taste like heaven,eat it with hot rice and fried chicken...walllaaahhhhh!

- 2 sliced eggplants
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons crushed fish meat
- 3 small crushed red onions
