- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup chilli sauce
- ¼ cup tomato ketchup
- ½ cup dark rum
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard (dry)
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- ⅕ teaspoon pepper
